The Saucon Valley Foundation is thrilled to have supported the launch of the Panther Pals Café at Saucon Valley.
The Panther Pals Café was created by Saucon Valley staff and students in partnership with the Saucon Valley Educational Foundation’s Small Grants program during the 2016-2017 school year. Every week, both disabled and non-disabled students work together to shop, cook, and sell breakfast foods and drinks to staff members of the district. The opportunities created enable our students with special needs to increase their independent living, employment, social and academic skills in a variety of settings. Non-disabled students benefit from volunteering their time in working to fully include everyone in their community.
