The Foundation received a “Friends in Education” award on April 22, 2010. The award reads, “For support of excellent communications between our schools and community.” As a new Foundation, we are honored to have been recognized so early on in our efforts! The Saucon Valley teachers nominated us for this award. We look forward to growing together!

Our core committees are seeking community-minded citizens to join us. Contact a Trustee for more information or review this list of tasks that require assistance.

2010 CAMPAIGN TO BEGIN IN NOVEMBER

The Saucon Valley Foundation for Educational Innovation was established in 2007 by a group of community and business leaders who recognize that the quality of an education system and the vitality of the community it serves are intertwined. These residents want to ensure the continued success of our current students, as well as that of future generations. The Foundation’s mission is to achieve and maintain innovative excellence by employing private resources to supplement traditional classroom funding.
